"Use your Cutting Board Everyday..... Fresh is Best"

Herbal Foods are meant to supplement a healthy, alkaline diet.  However, there effectiveness is limited if a good, alkaline diet is not adopted.  It is important that you start to incorporate as many of these foods in your life each day as you can.  There are some important substitutions that will not sacrifice the taste of your foods, like certain types of sweeteners, breads, vegetables and fruits that are known to pack a high mineral content.

Start by making substitutions, then dig deeper and deeper into the food list as your taste buds get accustomed to certain foods.  If you are sick, adopting this food list to the letter is imperative to bring you back to health.

Remember though, we each are starting at different levels.  Maybe you just want to stop eating fast food for 30 days and eat as much of these as you can.  Maybe you want to go hard core for 30 days.  Maybe you want to completely go vegan.  Wherever you are in your life, just start somewhere and take this list with you to the grocery store.  You will not regret it!

"Fresh is Best"

Using your cutting board will ensure that you are getting some fresh fruits and vegetables in your body daily.

"Drink at least 1 gallon of Spring Water in your body daily"

Many of the herbal foods can be diuretic causing urine output.  It is important to replace water in the body and not to dehydrate.  A body in the dehydration state can cause acid build up, fluid retention, brain fog, joint pain, headaches and fatique.
