Our goal is to help you get the most out of all of your food.  Learning how combine your food can make a tremendous difference in your ability to digest and get the most nutrition out of your food.


Here are a few simple rules:

  • Fresh is best
  • Eat Alkaline foods.  (See Grocery List)
  • Read your Labels.. Know what you are eating
  • If you can't pronounce it, the body probably doesn't know how to deal with it either
  • Decrease or Eliminate Processed Foods.. They have no Nutrition
  • Food Additives are toxic & the body has to deal with them
  • Take herbal foods 30 minutes before medications and/or other food
  • Eat Fruits alone do not combine with other foods
  • Combine Vegetables with Meat or Starch Never Meat & Starch
